Statement from NTEU National President Doreen Greenwald

There is no basis for forcing more than two million federal workers to sign non-disclosure agreements. Existing law protects our nation's secrets. Non-disclosure agreements would preemptively chill First Amendment-protected speech and dissuade protected whistleblowing activity. NTEU will oppose this flawed proposed regulation.
